Psychiatry Should Not Feel Rushed or Formulaic

Mental health concerns rarely fit neatly into a checklist. Symptoms can overlap, diagnoses can evolve, and the right treatment is not always the most obvious one.

At Unbridled Psychiatry, care begins with taking the time to understand the full picture: what you are experiencing, how it affects your life, what may be contributing to it, and what you hope will change.

The goal is not simply to prescribe medication. It is to develop a clear, practical treatment plan that makes sense for you.

About Christine

I’m Christine Troyer, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing thoughtful, individualized care for adults navigating anxiety, mood concerns, and attention-related challenges.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. I take the time to understand the full picture and develop a plan that feels clear, manageable, and sustainable.

Outside of clinical work, I’m unapologetically a “horse girl,” which likely explains my appreciation for patience, consistency, and a steady, thoughtful approach to progress.

Fees & Payment

Initial Evaluation (60 minutes): $300
Follow-Up Appointments (20–30 minutes): $150

I am currently a self-pay practice. Superbills are available for patients seeking potential out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider.

My goal is to provide thoughtful, high-quality care in a way that is clear, straightforward, and respectful of your time.
